KC Hot Water Vessel 500 Litre

General:
The Vessel is made of 2 mm stainless steel AISI 316 quality and insulated with 25 mm polystyrene foam.

Dimensions:

L=120 cm, W=70 cm, D=60 cm.

The lid is insulated with the same polystyrene material.

Built-in stirring device

Heating elements:

In the bottom are mounted 3 ceramic heating elements, 3000 watts each. They are controlled by a digital thermostat with one PT 100 sensor and in the corner is a 3/4" draining valve.

Steering device:

A magnetic stirring system is in the centre of the bottom for stirring in the vessel. Above the three heating elements and the stirring device is a stainless steel protecting net frame. A stainless steel shelf is placed in the middle of the vessel.

Control box:

Outside the vessel is a control box with different on/off switches and indicator lamps, a digital thermostat with a large red display showing temperature in the vessel and a speed regulator for the magnetic stirring device.

Rack:

The vessel is mounted on a stainless steel rack with four pcs. 5" wheels.
