40.100 - Deck winch

General:
All parts of the winch are laser cut and made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The drum is activated by a 3 Kwatt worm gear motor, 

3 x 400 Volt AC, 50 Hz.

The spindle has a rotation speed of 170 revolutions per minute, which app. corresponds to a cable speed of 190 meters per minute.

40.100 - Manoeuvre box

Capacity:

The spindle from the gear has a torque of 200 Nm, which corresponds to a tractive force of app. 100 kp.
The capacity of the drum is app. 1200 meter ø3 mm cable.

 

Slip-ring device:

For transferring data and/or power a slip ring device (2-8 poles) can be mounted. Please refer to the slip-ring section.

 

Motor:

El-motor: 3 Kwatt ABB motor, 3 x 400 Volt AC, + ground, /10 A, 50 Hz, 1400 revolutions per minute, double insulated and with a shield for protection against splash. If the motor effect is reduced to 2 Kwatt, 1 x 230 Volt AC, 50 Hz can be used.

Gear:

Worm gear: Mvf 86/A 1:10 P= 24 daNm. The spindle has a rotation speed of 170 revolutions per minute, which app. corresponds to a cable speed of 190 meters per minute.

Slip-ring device, shown with Subconn connector. (Optional)

The wire is provided by hand. The distribution is controlled by 4 easy-running rollers produced in AISI 316 stainless steel.

Frequency regulator:

The frequency regulator (type Lence) is mounted inside the electrical table for IP66. A main choke 3 x 400 Volt AC, 3 x 12 Amp / 1.6 mH is mounted in the bottom of the table.

Ball bearings:

AISI 304 stainless steel flange ballbearings ø35 mm type FAFYJ. (To be greased every month)
