Application:

Sandblast cabin with powder reservoir for recycling of sandblasting material.

The cabin can be used for all types of powder, (Glass-powder, aluminium oxide (corondum), sand-powder and similar powder)). Painting of cabin is optional, (400.060).

General:

The cabin is made of 2 mm aluminium sheet and is designed to a 4 mm sand jet blower.

Adjustment of height can be done via an electric 12 Volt DC actuator. (Optional)

Description:

On the diagonal front is mounted a glass door covering the length of the cabin with a dust proof packing. In the middle are mounted 2 complete glove manifolds with gloves, flexible hoses, 3 extra strong bottom grates made of 1 mm AISI 304 stainless steel hole plate with 5 x 5 mm holes and a 4 mm sand jet blower. Exhaust system for the cabin is optional.

Mounting of cabin:

The cabin can be placed on a table, mounted on a wall with fittings or upon a mobile stand. (Optional). 

 

Mobile stand:

The cabin can be mounted on a mobile stand (Optional) with 4 pcs 5" rubber wheels and 2 brakes in the front. 

Adjustment of height:

Can be done via an electric 12 Volt DC actuator. Increase of height: Max. 20 cm. (Optional).

 

Built-in light:

On the exterior at the top of the cabin is mounted a fluorescent luminaire with 2 bulbs. (220V AC - 20 Watt).

 

Control panel:

On the right side of the cabin is located a 220/24 Volt AC control box with miscellaneous switches, transformer and indicator lamps.

Furthermore you will find:

• a compressed-air manifold with water filter,

• pressure reducing valve, 

• a pressure gauge, 

• an air inlet for the cabin with filter wadding, 

• a compressed-air inlet pipe stub 

• and a foot pedal with wire (2 meter). 

On the left side of the cabin is fitted an exhaust pipe stub with a steel grate. On the bottom are a suction pipe stub and a drain lid for glass powder. The cabin can be placed on a table or on a stand with 4 pcs 3" rubber wheels and brakes.

The Exhaust System:

The exhaust system (Optional) consists of one 1.5 kW GIBLI vacuum cleaner with a specially made outlet pipe stub located at the top.
The system is delivered with 1 vacuum cleaner bag, 2 quick-acting couplings, 4 meters of 50 mm vacuum hose, a special micro filter mounted at the top and a base frame with 4 wheels.
