- Application:
- Heavy duty winch, capacity 350 kg at 130 bar,
max. load 700 kg at 260 bar

- General:
- The winch side is made
of 10 mm AISI 316 stainless steel plate and electro-polished. The
winch is mounted on an AISI 316 stainless
steel frame of rectangular tube with dimensions: 100 x 50 x 5 mm. 4 welded pieces mounted on the frame for fastening to the ships deck.

- Capacity:
- 1200 metres ø6 mm wire, rope or conducting cable and in front of the winch
is an automatic cable guide system.

- The drum:
- The drum is made of 6 mm
AISI 316 stainless steel plate and
electro-polished.
- The outer diameter of
the drum is ø500 mm and the internal diameter is ø300 mm.
A safety disc brake system is mounted
at the side of the drum.

- Motor and speed regulation:
- At one side is mounted a
25 KWatt POCLAIN MS 05 – 560cm³
hydraulic motor with 10 cylinders and
one automatic brake.
A
Danfoss electric proportional valve and a Danfoss joystick regulate
the speed.

- Control panel:
- An emergency stop,
joystick for speed reg., up/down functions,
on/off switch, and indicator lamp are
built into an AISI 316 stainless steel
manoeuvre box with a polycarbonate
shield mounted at the top
to protect it from rain and splash.

- Slip-ring device:
- A slip ring device (2-8 poles) can be mounted at one side of the
winch.
(Optional). On the outside of the slip ring
device a Subconn connector is mounted. Inside the drum a Subconn connector is mounted.
