Application:
 Winch, portable, for small boats and research vessels. Suitable for max. 100 kg load. Shown with meter- and speed counter. (Optional)
Capacity:
1500 m of 2 mm wire or 600 m of 3 mm wire.

Power supply:
230 VAC/1500 Watts. 12 or 24 VDC via an inverter. (Optional)

Speed:
Fully variable by a joy stick.
General:
 The winch is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel.

 
Manoeuvre box:
Splash proof aluminium housing. Standard delivery comes without the floor stand. (Optional).
Counter:
The winch can be equipped with a counter for deployed length and/or speed. Also available with interface for RS-232, RS-485 or USB, please see our counter section.
Slip ring device:
A built-in slip-ring device (2-8 poles) can be mounted. Requires mounting of the AISI 316 stainless steel clamp unit 30.001.

Disc brake:
An adjustable disc brake will ensure swift and safe handling of the load.

At the top of the drum you can see a removeable lid for easy mounting of cable or wire.
Crank handle device:
The detachable handle is intended for emergency use if any failure for the power supply. A small bracket is removed and the handle is fixed to an integrated gear box.

The device must be ordered with the winch as a subsequent mounting is not possible.
Fastening:
Standard delivery comes with 1 pc. ø 40 x 900 mm AISI 316 stainless steel shaft to be mounted in the solid fitting at the bottom. Special mounts and fittings for the rail or bulwark are made on request.
Bracket for rail or bulwark:
 The adjustable bracket, manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel can be positioned in several ways. Standard delivery comes without the ø40 mm shaft.
