32.200 - Small CTD Winch with a capacity of 1000 m ø3,2 mm

Model 32.200 shown with slip-ring device and
automatic cable guide system. (Both items are additional accessories).
Electronic meter counter with a capacity of 9.999,9 m can also be
mounted as optional.

- General:
- The winch side is made of 5 mm laser cut AISI 316
stainless steel plate and electro polished. The
winch will be mounted on an AISI 316 stainless steel frame
of rectangular tube. Dim: 50 x 50 x 3 mm.

- Gear:
- On the side
of the winch is a Bonfiglioli angle gearbox A 102 with a ratio of
76:1 transmitting approx. 80 Nm via a 750 W 24 Volt DC motor.
Tractive effort approx. 60 kg., wire speed approx. 25 m/min. The
motor is housed in a 2 mm AISI 316 stainless steel cylindrical plate house.

The gear is not self-locking.

- Dimensions:
- Dimensions of the drum are: O.D. 320 mm, I.D.: 200
mm and the capacity is approx. 1000 m ø3,2 mm (1/8") steel cable
or ø3 mm steel wire. (By using a wider drum, the
winch can handle up to 2000 m ø3,2 mm wire, please specify by order).
The drum is made of 3 mm
AISI 316 stainless plate steel.

- Brake:
- The drum has a disc brake at its side.

- Electrical:
- Beside the gearbox is mounted a relay
box with 2 pcs
24 Volt DC/100 Amp electro mechanical relays, a 40 ampere fuse and a 5
Watt special heating element to avoid condensation of the relay box.
The winch will be delivered with a remote control handle for up/down
function and a safety switch.

- Main/Emergency switches:
- Located at the control box. An
additional emergency switch is placed on the remote control.

- Slip-ring device:
- The winch can be delivered with accessories such as
slip-ring device (2-8 poles) and/or automatic cable guide system. An
electronic meter counter is also available.
