28.5xx series - Autonomous Sediment Trap - 12 or 24 bottles:

Application:
Sediment sampling with time lapsed trigger. Max. depth 6000 m depending of battery used. (100.217 for 4000 m or 100.226 for 6000 m). Optional: Outer frame (28.522) with gyro functionality. The standard battery and electronics come with a sleep mode functionality allowing deployment up to 12 months. For longer immersions we can provide larger batteries.

Models available:
The funnel has an internal diameter of 570 mm (0,25 m²) or 800 mm (0,5 m²). As per below list both sizes are available with either 12 or 24 bottles. IMPORTANT: One bottle remains open during the deployment, so useable number of bottles is only 11 or 23.

Time lapsed trigger:
Programmable timer for individual release of a maximum of 24 samples.The individual delay between every sample is fully programmable.
