30.040 - Mini bat winch:

Application:

The winch can be used on small research vessels and it is suitable for Kajak sediment sampler, small Van Veen and Ekman grabs, water samplers and other smaller equipment. The winch is shown with a counter/wheel (30.361, optional).

General:

The winch is made of AISI 316 stainless steel profile and finish is electro polish. The built-in disc brake will ensure a swift and safe handling.

Capacity:

600 m of Ø2 mm wire or 400 m of Ø3 mm wire.

Max. 25 kg.

30.361 - Digital counter (optional):

The counter system includes a counter and a meter wheel with a Hall element and 3 magnets for the counting. Max. read-out of 999,9 m with a resolution of 10 cm.

30.3XX - Slip ring device:
Transferring of data or power can be done via a slip ring device (2-8 conductors) (optional). Please refer to the slip ring section.

30.005 - Adjustable bracket:
The 30.005 bracket is made for 30.000/30.040 only, if you wish a custom made design on a bracket for another winch, please contact us with your requirements.

30.006 - Adjustable bracket:
The 30.006 adjustable bracket fits for the winch 30.000 and 30.040, if you wish a custom made design on a bracket for another winch, please contact us with your requirements.

The bracket is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, and works as a universal bracket, which is able to fit on most boats due to the flexible design.

30.060 R - Portable rack for 30.000/30.040 winch:

• A stand with Ø34 steel bar and a circular plate, on which the 30.000/30.040 winch can be locked every 45°
• The stand can be disassembled for easier transportation
• AISI 316 stainless steel made of square tubes, 40 x 40 mm
