Lander for 6000 m
Custom made lander for 6000 m depth:

Antenna:
Manufactured from 2 meter Ø28 mm stainless steel tube, mounted on a floatation rack with 3 pcs of powerful springs, manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, 2 pcs/each.

Safety bolt:
- for antenna 2 pcs/each
- Flash holder, complete, manufactured from green polyethylene (PE - HD).
- ST400A XENON FLASHER for 6000 m depth
- VHF Radio Beacon, transmitter
- Beacon receiver.

Beacon holder:
Complete, manufactured from green polyethylene (PE-HD) and AISI 316 stainless steel.

Deep-sea profiler:
Model 500.135, more details can be found here.

Floatation rack:
Made of aluminium tube 50 x 50 x 4 mm, prepared for 2 pcs acoustic release transponder system and without glass spheres.

Catch ring:
Ø50 cm diameter, manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, mounted on the floatation rack.
17" glass spheres (floatation) with yellow hard hats PE-HD, buoyancy app. 25 kg for every sphere.

Lower frame:
Manufactured from aluminium tube 50 x 50 x 4 mm with 4 adjustable legs and prepared for burn wire release system.

Burn wire release system:
Manufactured from laser cut AISI 316 stainless steel and holder for acoustic release transponder.

Ballast system:
4 pcs manufactured from aluminium, I.D. Ø26 cm.
4 pcs bracket and 4 pcs acrylic tube for protecting ballast chain
4 pcs adjustable holders for acoustic release transponder made of AISI 316 stainless steel and Polypropylene Plastic.
