General:
Rack manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, capacity of 24 pcs Niskin water samplers.
Niskin bottles are non-metallic construction, so its interior is totally free from metal parts. Drainage by a Delrin stopcock and an air vent screw. End stopper closure band made of sea water resistant Para/Latex band.

Features:
Niskin bottles are available in different sizes from 1,7 to 12,0 L

• Release system is motor driven (24 Volt DC)
• Deployment up to 12 months with the standard battery
• Release manually or fully programmable by mounting of an optional time lapsed trigger
• Support for triggering by pressure
• Trigger includes software: actual status for the samplers, battery voltage, motor current, etc.
• Room for mounting of a CTD rack
• Optional: Reversing thermometer assembly
• 6000 m depth rating with battery 100.226. For 4000 m use battery 100.217

Niskin bottles:
The PVC tube section is a non-metallic construction, so its interior is totally free from metal parts. Drainage is via a Delrin stopcock (4,7 mm at the base), and an airvent screw. End stopper closure band is made of sea water resistant Para/Latex tubing. The lids have a spherical section sealing. AISI 316 stainless steel mounting clamps. The recommended wire diameter is 6 mm.

The rack is compatible with Niskin bottles from General Oceanographic and Sea Bird (Ocean Test System).

Standard delivery:
The rosette rack does not include power supply, timer, cables and Niskin bottles. The accessories must be ordered separately.
